1、超市風(fēng)幕柜制冷壓縮機(jī)的排氣溫度。
超市風(fēng)幕柜制冷壓縮機(jī)的排氣溫度是指排氣閥門處的制冷劑溫度。為了保證壓縮機(jī)的安全運(yùn)行,規(guī)定R12裝置的排氣溫度不能超過(guò)130℃,R22和氨的系統(tǒng)不能超過(guò)150℃。
排氣溫度過(guò)高,會(huì)引起潤(rùn)滑油因溫度升高而降低粘度,使?jié)櫥Ч儾?易造成運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)部件損壞。當(dāng)排氣溫度升高到接近潤(rùn)滑油的閃點(diǎn)時(shí),不容易出危險(xiǎn),排氣溫度比冷凝溫度要高得多。
2、超市風(fēng)幕柜制冷壓縮機(jī)的吸氣溫度。
超市風(fēng)幕柜制冷壓縮機(jī)的吸氣溫度是指吸入閥處的制冷劑的溫度。為了保證壓縮機(jī)的安全運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),防止液擊沖缸現(xiàn)象。吸氣溫度要比蒸發(fā)溫度高一點(diǎn),也就是使制冷劑氣體成為過(guò)熱氣體,有一定的過(guò)熱度。一般情況下,在沒(méi)有氣液過(guò)冷器。
冷藏柜氟利昂系統(tǒng)里,吸氣溫度應(yīng)比蒸發(fā)溫度高5℃的吸氣過(guò)熱度是合適的。對(duì)于氨制冷裝置,吸氣過(guò)熱度一般為5~10℃,吸氣過(guò)熱度過(guò)大或過(guò)小都應(yīng)避免,若過(guò)熱度過(guò)大,則會(huì)使制冷量下降,排氣溫度升高,耗功增大,若過(guò)熱度過(guò)小,易產(chǎn)生液擊沖缸現(xiàn)象。
冷藏柜在正常使用情況下,其壓縮機(jī)的工作時(shí)間應(yīng)短于停機(jī)時(shí)間。如果工作時(shí)間超過(guò)停機(jī)時(shí)間,則說(shuō)明冷藏柜工作不正常。引起該故障的原因主要有以下兩方面。
(1)制冷劑注入量不足,超市風(fēng)幕柜長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作后蒸發(fā)器結(jié)霜不能化霜,箱內(nèi)溫度不能降低。此外制冷系統(tǒng)管路有泄漏,使循環(huán)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的制冷劑不足,也會(huì)出現(xiàn)上述現(xiàn)象,若在工藝管口接壓力表檢查,可發(fā)現(xiàn)壓力低于正常值。
(2)壓縮機(jī)使用日久,機(jī)械磨損大,工作時(shí)機(jī)殼溫度高,高壓排氣管相對(duì)溫度低,若在工藝管口接壓力表檢查,可發(fā)現(xiàn)低壓值偏高。
(3)超市風(fēng)幕柜冷凍室內(nèi)結(jié)霜太厚,熱阻大,影響冷氣的傳導(dǎo)。
(4)超市風(fēng)幕柜放置不正確或冷凝器積灰太厚,從而影響冷凝器的散熱。
(5)充注的制冷制過(guò)量,壓縮機(jī)工作負(fù)荷重,冷凝器上邊熱、下邊接近常溫。制冷劑充入量過(guò)多造成在蒸發(fā)器內(nèi)不能充分蒸發(fā),致使蒸發(fā)器制冷量下降,若在工藝管口接壓力表檢查,可發(fā)現(xiàn)低壓高于正常值。

In order to ensure the safe operation of the compressor, the liquid punching cylinder can be prevented. The suction temperature is a little higher than the evaporation temperature, that is, to make the refrigerant gas a superheated gas, with a certain degree of superheat. In general, there is no gas-liquid supercooling device.
In the Freon system of the refrigerator, the suction temperature is 5 degrees higher than that of the evaporation temperature. The ammonia refrigeration device, superheat is 5~10 DEG C, superheat is too large or too small should be avoided, if the superheat is too large, will cause a decrease in the refrigeration quantity, exhaust temperature, power consumption increases, if the superheat is too small, easy to produce liquid hammer cylinder phenomenon.
When the refrigerator is used normally, the working time of the compressor should be shorter than the shutdown time. If the working time exceeds the downtime, it is indicated that the refrigerated cabinet is not working properly. The main causes of the failure are the following two aspects.
(1) the quantity of refrigerant injection is insufficient, and the frost of the evaporator can not be frosted after a long time work of the supermarket wind curtain cabinet, and the temperature in the box can not be reduced. In addition, the leakage of the refrigeration system piping will make the refrigerant in the circulatory system insufficient. This phenomenon will also happen. If we check the pressure gauge on the technological orifice, we can find that the pressure is below the normal value.
(2) when the compressor is used for a long time, the mechanical wear is great, the temperature of the case is high and the relative temperature of the high-pressure exhaust pipe is low. If we check the pressure gauge with the technological orifice, we can see that the low pressure value is high.
(3) the frost of the supermarket air curtain freezer is too thick, and the heat resistance is large, which affects the conduction of the cold air.
(4) the air curtain cabinet in the supermarket is not properly placed or the condenser ash is too thick to affect the cooling of the condenser.
(5) overcharge of the refrigerating system, the compressor working load heavy, the condenser top hot and lower near the normal temperature. Too much refrigerant charge can not cause enough evaporation in the evaporator, resulting in the decrease of the refrigerating capacity of the evaporator. If we check the pressure gauge on the technological orifice, we can find that the low pressure is higher than the normal value.
